FAQ
When will my package ship?
We do our best to have all packages shipped out of our Fulfillment center within 1-3 business days of your payment processing successfully. "Business Days" is a term that also applies to shipping times. We only ship using USPS. For more information on shipping options, please view their website.
The time it takes your package to get to you depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout:
USPS Priority
USPS First Class
UPS 2nd Day Air
UPS Ground Shipping
Any shipping time starts AFTER the package has shipped, which can be up to 3 business days from the purchase.
We offer free shipping for domestic orders over $99 and they will be sent using USPS First class shipping. If you want to receive your package sooner, you have the option of paying for another shipping method at the checkout.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you may vary. A confirmation email will be sent with a tracking number once your package ships.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
I paid for "2-day shipping" but it's been 2 days and my package hasn't arrived!
We need 1-3 business days to process your order. Once that has happened, it will hopefully arrive within two additional business days. The USPS has been known to regularly stretch this to 3 business days.
I paid extra for First Class Shipping, and it's already been 2 days! Where's my package?
First Class Shipping is the same as Standard Shipping and Free Shipping. It takes 3-5 business days. Don't pay more for shipping if you don't have to. We're required to list them as different options, even though they're all the same.
It says my order has been delivered, but I don't see it!
The USPS tracking system will often list a package as "delivered" for multiple days before it actually arrives, so you should probably give it another day or two. If you still don't see it, please reach out to the USPS, as they'll give you more info than they'll give us. You can reach them at 800-ASK-USPS. Then stay in touch, and let us know what happens!
Delayed / Lost packages:
Over 99% of the time, our packages arrive on time with no delays. On occasion, a package will get lost in the mail, or arrive later than expected. Once we ship the item, your point of contact is the shipping courier. In most cases that is USPS. If you have any questions about your shipment, please contact USPS by calling 800-ASK-USPS and they are usually able to locate the package. You can reach UPS at 866-PICK-UPS.
For flower orders, If you order using First Class Mail, please note there is no insurance and should the package be lost, we will not replace it.
If you would like insurance please use Priority Mail which does come with $100 in insurance. Please note that the package must be more than 15 days late prior to filing a claim. If it has been more than 15 days and you do not have the package, please contact USPS or UPS with your tracking information and ask them what the reason is for the delay.
We are not responsible for any package being stolen off your doorstep or mailbox. We are not responsible if a package is stolen out of your mailbox or doorstep.
For All Shipments
We are not responsible for any packages not being delivered or being confiscated. And are not responsible for any applied fees by customs or any other agency if applicable.
Do you ship outside the United States?
We apologize for any inconvenience, confusion, and frustration. After careful consideration will no longer be offering international shipping. CBD and hemp face controversial and poorly defined regulatory frameworks. In order to operate as best we can under these circumstances, we will no longer be offering shipments at "the customer's risk.”

What is CBD?
Cannabidiol, or CBD, is a cannabis compound that is widely used as a health supplement. The human endocannabinoid system responds positively to CBD, so people who use CBD supplements may experience an enhanced quality of life. Because CBD is not significantly psychoactive, it can be used by anyone, whether or not they have a medical marijuana recommendation.
Is CBD legal?
Yes. Hemp-derived CBD products such as ours are legal in the United States.
Do Lanco Hemp products contain THC?
Our flower and hemp pre-roll products contain less than 0.3% THC (the psychoactive compounds found in the type of cannabis one might smoke). Our "isolate" products have no detectable THC.
What is the percentage of CBD in your product?
The percentage of CBD varies by product. All our products are lab tested and we listed the CBD percentage according to the lab results.
Do (CBD) and other natural hemp-based constituents show up on a drug test?
Most drug screens and tests for the metabolites your body makes when consuming Delta 9 THC and do not detect the presence of cannabidiol (CBD) or other legal natural hemp-based constituents. While our products are low in Delta 9 THC, they are not THC free. Studies have shown that consuming hemp with low THC can cause one to fail a drug test if enough is consumed. Since there are many variables such as how much one consumed, the number of fluids consumed, the amount of time from the last use to the test, the levels of THC in the product, and the metabolism of the consumer, we cannot answer this question for each person as there are too many variables.
If you are getting tested we suggest you try a THC free CBD product such as vapes or oil. Unless otherwise noted, all our products contain trace amounts of THC.
What’s the best way for me to use CBD products?
CBD products are available in many different forms. While only you know which ones will work best for your needs, our goal is to provide you with a forum where you can read reviews and compare products, helping you to make the best decision for yourself.
Is it safe to take CBD with the medicine or supplements that I use?
Please refer to your doctor or health care provider for any questions about the safety of our product for you. If you use prescription medications, take supplements or have underlying health conditions that cause concern, check with a health care provider to make sure that our CBD oil will be safe for your use.
Can you vape CBD oil?
We do not recommend vaping our oil. There are vape products specifically formulated to be inhaled. If you have a vape pen with a coil or one that is made for concentrates, like a wax pen, you can vape our isolates directly.
Is it normal for my CBD to change color?
The color change is normal and can occur over time due to oxidation from the air.
